Position 1: Sales Supervisor
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
Previous experience in an administrative or team leadership role is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software, sales tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
Position 2: SITE ENGINEER
Education BSC. Civil Engineering.
Experience Above 5 years as a Site engineer or related fields.
Position 3: BUDGETING AND COST CONTROL ENGINEER
Education BSC. Civil Engineering.,
Construction Technology and Management (COTM)
Experience 8 years in Budgeting and Cost Control or 5 years in Construction Budgeting and Cost Control.
Position 4: SENIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Qualification BSC. Civil Engineering., Construction Technology and Management (COTM).
Experience 10 years in supply chain, procurement, and logistics or 7 years in Construction and engineering Procurement.
