Aggar MFI is the primary marketable personal Microfinance established by Proclamation No40/96 which is at present changed by proclamationNo.626/2009 to serve the “ missing middle ” to offer credit score and saving providers in city and pastoral areas of the Country. The founders envisioned addressing each social and profitability aim. Aggar was established by 443 shareholders with a paid-up capital of Birr. Currently, its shareholders have grown to less than 750, its paid-up capital to less than 200 million, and its complete belongings to less than 410 million.

Position 1 MARKETING, BRANDING & PR DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR  

Qualification MA/ BA Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related area of study  

Experience8/10 Years of applicable experience of which 3 in directorial Positions chosen in Financial establishment  

Place of Work Head Office  

Position 2 BRANCH OPERATION & RESOURCE MOBILIZATION DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR  

Qualification MA/ BA Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance or related area  Experience8/10 Years of applicable experience of which 3 in  directorial Positions specifically in Banks or microfinance  

Place of Work Head Office
