Aggar MFI is the first marketable private Microfinance established in accordance with proclamation No40/96 which is currently replaced by proclamationNo.626/2009 to serve the “missing middle” to provide credit and saving services in civic and pastoral areas of the Country. The founders envisioned addressing both social and profitability objectives. Aggar was established by 443 shareholders with paid- up capital of Birr. Currently, its shareholders grew to more than 750, its paid- up capital to more than 200 million, and its total assets to more than 410 million. Aggar Micro FinanceS.C wants to recruit good professionals for the following Vacant Position-
Position 1 General Accounts Division Manager
Qualification BA degree in Accounting & Finance or related field
Experience 6 years applicable experience 2 of which in sinior positions
Place of work Bahir Dar Branch
Other Requirements
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of microfinance business
• Excellent knowledge of the financial regulations of the government
• Good knowledge of company governing policies
• Ability to prepare statement of accounts IFRS application skills
• Microsoft Office particularly excels and word Skill is mandatory.
• Work experience must be verified and presented in written while registration.
Position 2 Branch Manager I
Qualification BA Degree in Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ Accounting or relted field.
Experience 5 years of which 2 years applicable experience as a managers in financial institutions.
• Microsoft Office particularly excels and word Skill is mandatory.
• Work experience must be verified and presented in written while registration.
Required no 05 (Five)
Place of work Addis Ababa, Fega Branch
