Job Summary 
Roles and Responsibilities 
Plan, led, implemented, reporting livelihood support, NRM, and social cohesion & trust among host communities and IDPs 

Job Requirement 
BA/ BSC in Agriculture, Rural development, NRM, social science and related discipline 
Skills Experience on livelihood, NRM, and/ or peace structure-related development projects is an advantage; Fluent in speaking & writing English; Computer knowledgeable; report writing and good practice documentation. 
Experience in year 2 year 
Salary Birr  10,017 
Duty station Amhara region, North Shewa zone, Efratana Gidim woreda, Ataye Town 

Position 2: Finance & Admin officer 

Job Summary 
Roles and Responsibilities 
Responsible for assisting, participating, and performing the overall finance/ accounting, personnel administration, general services, and logistics activities 

Job Requirement 
Qualification BA in Accounting, Finance, and related fields 
Skills Computer  knowledge especially Peachtree accounting 
Experience in year 2 year 
Salary Birr  10,017 
Duty station Amhara region, North Shewa zone, Efratana Gidim woreda, Ataye Town 

Position 3: Program Area Manager 

Job Summary 
Roles and Responsibilities 
Overall coordination of the project, including planning, leading,  applying, reporting, and organizing/conducting training, workshops, and, experience-sharing forums. 

Job Requirement 
Qualification MA/ MSC, BA/ BSC in pastoral development, Sociology, Agricultural Economics, NRM, and related disciplines with experience in development project management; 
Skills Fluent in speaking & writing English; Computer  knowledge; communication skills, report writing, and good practice documentation 
Experience in year 4/6 year 
Salary Birr  17,890 
Duty station Amhara region, North Shewa zone, Efratana Gidim woreda, Ataye Town
