Position 1: Junior Office Engineer
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project (preferred).
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to work on construction project sites.

Position 2: Concrete Production Manager
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ready-mix concrete production, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of concrete mix design, batching operations, and quality control.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems

Position 3: Equipment Manager
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction equipment management.
Strong knowledge of heavy construction equipment maintenance.
Good planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with fleet management software is an advantage.

Position 4: Concrete Laboratory Technician
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction technology.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a concrete or construction materials laboratory.
Knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, or equivalent testing standards.
Ability to prepare accurate laboratory reports.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Position 5: Marketing Manager – For Apartment & Shop Sale
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in real estate and property development.
Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, market research, and sales strategies.
Ability to meet sales targets, manage a team, and prepare marketing and sales reports.

Position 6: Sales Officer
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Diploma or TVET Level IV/III in building construction, civil engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building finishing works, including proven experience supervising construction crews.
Required Competencies:
Strong knowledge of building finishing methods, materials, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure.
Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
