Position 1 Junior Remittance & Fund Management Officer

Qualification BA in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Accounting and Finance Economics/ Marketing Management or any other related fields

Experience One/1-year experience in applicable fields preferably in the banking industry.

Purpose of the Job To assist in the activities of negotiating with foreign banks, working with forex activities and remittance agencies, and cultivating smooth relationships with correspondent Banks.

Specific Functions

• Check all gregarious fiscal payments through SWIFT against approved foreign currency and applicable posting in the bank’s system; • Prepare foreign currency requests and submit them for review and approval by concerned elderly Managers.

• Assist in the compilation of performance reports of Forex Bureau and Remittance Agencies to update their status and take measures for improvement when necessary;

• involve in Identifying opportunities for negotiations with remittance service-providing companies;

• Perform other duties as required.

Position 2 Import/ Export Service Officer

Qualification BA in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Accounting and Finance Economics/ Marketing Management or any other related fields

Experience Three/ 3 years of applicable banking experience of which one/ 1 year in an officer position.

Purpose of the Job To enhance the revenue maximization effort of the bank by properly handling the import-export trade services in line with the rules, policies, and procedures of the bank, and other international countries.

Specific Functions

• Receive and check import and export L/ C documents against the terms and condition and ensures that documents are presented accordingly;

• Facilitate the smooth operation of import and import business by communicating with foreign banks and branch outlets;

• Settle import/ export documents after checking for compliance of shipping documents against terms and conditions of the L/ C, as well as NBE requirements;

• Register export sales contract and communicate same to the Manager, Import/ Export Division;

• Perform other duties as required.

Position 3 Senior Learning & Development Officer

Qualification BA in Management, Business Management, Public Administration and Development Management or any other related fields

Experience Five/ 5 years of applicable banking experience of which two/ 2 years in an officer position.

Age Between 18 – 35

Purpose of the Job To implement learning and development programs aimed at icing the nonstop existence of highly competent employees equipped with the specific competencies required to achieve the bank's vision, mission, and strategic focus.

Specific Functions

• Participate in the development and implementation of the Bank’s literacy & development strategies programs on organizational, functional, and employee levels;

• Prepare and review periodic training plan/ budget in line with the training need assessment, career management program, and succession plan;

• Analyze needs, assess the capacities of staff, and propose nonstop education (e.g. Training plan, training of trainers, seminars);

• Perform other duties as needed.
