Position 1 Senior Collateral Valuator  

Qualification B.Sc. in Engineering or any other related fields.  

Experience 5 years of applicable experience preferably in Banking Industry of which 2 years on officer position.  

Purpose of the Job To support effective credit decision making of the Bank by ensuring accurate and fair valuation of property pledged for collateral and foreclosure governed by internal valuation guidelines.  

Essential Functions  

   • Participate in the development, implementation, and review of collateral valuation standards and practices of the bank;   

   • Observe an in- depth assessment on  parcels by physically visiting;  

   • Undertakes, in accordance with the applicable guidelines, valuation of buildings and other construction works for collateral or foreclosure purposes  

   • Prepares procedure and formats to facilitate the gathering of data for specialized evaluation;  

   • Prepare bill of quantities and specification for work  particulars not included in the guideline;  

   • Prepare and report project status report for properties held as collateral, and project financing;  

   • Monitor changes in bylaws to determine any effects on properties being rated.

Position 2 Senior Finance Analyst  

Qualification BA and above in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Corporate Finance and Investment or any other related field  

Experience 5 years of experience in applicable fields preferably in banking of which two/ 2 year on  elderly financial analysis position in applicable banks operation or related business exposures.  

Purpose of the Job To conduct  fiscal modeling and valuations, capital market and securities analysis as well as other required analysis in the  forthcoming capital market and financial liberalizations efforts.  

Essential Functions    

   • Take up the roles of the Manager in his/ her absence;  

   • Actively participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan/ budget of the division;

Purpose of the Job To ensure that the overall region districts branches banking operation is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations by conducting procedural  inspection; and to contribute in ensuring the internal control system of the Bank.

Qualification BSc Degree/ Diploma/ TVET 10 3/ position IV in Electrical, Electronics Engineering Technologies or related.  

Experience One year as General Technician or original experience for BSc level and two years as General Technician or original experience for Diploma/ TVET 10 3/ Level IV.  

Purpose of the Job To support the Bank’s operations by coordinating and providing effective and effective installation, maintenance and repairing work for new or living office machines like office equipment, cabinetwork and generators of the Bank.  

Essential Functions  

   • Develop in- house inspection,  preventative and corrective maintenance schedule for office equipment and generators  

   • Give  further effective support for specialized staffs in the installation and repair work of equipment and  creators  

   • Follow- up and undertake in- house inspection, preventative and corrective  conservation and repair work office equipment, furniture and generators  

   • Follow- up and perform generator electric line installation;  

   • Follow- up and perform generator installation, inspection, testing and commissioning work;  

   • Recommend for maintenance outsourcing of office equipment, furniture and generators  

   • Follow- up the proper maintenance of outsourced office  outfit, cabinetwork, generators according to the request of the Bank;  

   • Check and receive office equipment, furniture and generators including replaced/ changed parts from the outsourced company upon the completion of the service;  

   • Monitor the proper handover of maintained office equipment, furniture and generators on time to the requesting unit;  

   • Prepare and process payment for outsourced maintenance work of office equipment, furniture and generators  

   • Orient/ train/ advise users on office equipment and  creators operation and cleaning;  

   • Recommend replacement of obsolete/ damaged office equipment, furniture and generators  

   • Develop office equipment and generators specification and inspect during receiving;
