Position: Data Clerk (Contract)
Education Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management and any other related fields.
Experience Two/ 2 years of applicable experience.
Purpose of the Job To assist in providing nippy response to shareholder requests and enquiries by maintaining share transaction records and shareholders ‘ accounts, allocating dividends, processing the transfer of shares and delivering share instruments.
Specific Functions
Transfer shares in accordance with the provisions of the share administration procedure of the Bank and the law of the country.
Admit shareholder requests and provide applicable response.
Handle other related duties as may be required.
Handle other tasks as requested by his/ her supervisor.

Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit;
Properly maintain important files records and avail when required;
Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices;
Provide services as per the service level agreement
