Position Product Development Manager

Qualification MA/ MBA/ BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Economics or any other related field

Experience Seven/ Nine7/9 years of experience in applicable fields rather in banking of which Two/ 2 years on elderly officer position in applicable banking operation

Purpose of the Job To develop and implement new product development initiatives and follow- up the life cycle of existing products for possible modification through constantly assessing and analyzing the changing requirements of customers, the dynamic business and competition situation in the environment

General Functions

Develop, review and implement policies & procedures, plan/ budget of the division

Embody the bank’s good culture, commercial image to the public

Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct, ascertain that subordinates abide by same and manage correctional concerns

Cultivate working environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and transparency among staffs

Provide services as per the service level agreement, follow- up & monitor subordinates to do the same

Handle other related general activities as deemed necessary

Specific Functions

Review the analysis of consumer trends, competitor positions and market conditions
Review new product ideas to determine feasibility and implicit request demand
Lead and match studies on new product development and modification of being products to meet client anticipation
Initiate and share in shops and briefings on new and modified products and services in collaboration with other work units
Conduct request and need assessment researches to identify implicit areas for the development of new financial products, and revisiting being products
Handle other affiliated duties as may be required
