Position 1: Junior IT Officer
Requirement: BA/BSc in degree in engineering, package Engineering, MIS or connected Field &GPA on top of 3;00
Computer and Maintenance and Networking (A+)
Experience: 0year expertise.
Junior IT Officer Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond to requests for technical help for pc users personally, via phone, electronically
Learn basic operations of ordinarily used package, hardware, and different instrumentation and supply support once required;
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and package issues of company’s IT infrastructure;
Assures system stability and security;
Installation and configuration of network system among computers
monitor and maintain pc systems and networks

Position 2: Senior IT skilled

Senior IT Officer Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists & participates within the management of native space Network, Wide space Network hardware &software.
Takes half &provides technical help & support for applications/hardware issues.
Assists users within the style, development &maintenance of assorted systems applications:
Provides technical help &support for applications/hardware issues &for info sharing with external entities in an exceedingly customer’s service surroundings.
Assists users within the style. Development &maintenance of assorted systems applications
Advises users & analyzes user needs regarding package & the economical use of data technology systems.
Provides user service &helps table support for the establishment.
Installs, maintains, i\moves & assists in testing & upgrading new &existing hardware /software.
Provide day to day support if Institution’s pc users on their Desktop Computers, Desktop Applications. Desktop Telephones, Network Cabling ,printers &Fax Machines,
