Yegna mainly provides credit services to micro and small enterprise operators or implicit operators and, low income people who are able to work in income-generating activities. Micro enterprises are important tools in poverty alleviation through employment creation and income generation for low-income groups with limited opportunities.
Position 12: Senior Talent Development Officer
Educational Qualification Master’s Bachelor’s Degree in Management, HRM, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration related fields
Experience 3/5 years of applicable experience in Human Resource Management in banks or microfinance, out of which 3 years in a senior/ directorial HRM Position.
