Wegagen Bank would like to hire a Graduate Trainee with the following requirements. Wegagen Bank S.C. is one of the seasoned private commercial banks providing a wide range of quality banking services in Ethiopia with an ever-growing and remarkable functional performance.
Currently, the bank has devised a new strategic plan & subsequently reviewed its organizational structure. The Bank reaches out to almost all parts of the country through its service outlets, including branches and Forex offices, currently exceeding well over 400.
Thus, the Bank is looking for Fresh Graduates with vibrant track records for the following vacant positions with attractive Salary and benefits package.
Position: Graduate Trainee (IFB)
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, and other Banking business-related fields.
• CGPA 2.75 and above
• Only 2024 & 2025 graduates can apply
• Age< 25
• Exit exam result ≥ 50
• Work experience isn't required
• COC( for level IV) is mandatory
• Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles about Interest Free Banking Operation is required and mandatory
