Position 1: IT Supervisor 

Job Requirement 
 Qualifications 
 BSC Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields 
 Previous IT experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/ or service sector 
 Experience with all Microsoft systems 
 Experience with hotel applications,  similar to Fidelio and Micros preferred 
 Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills 
 Current specialized skills and knowledge of technology 
 NB. This post is temporary and for 6 months just to cover the place of permanent employee who'll be on maternity leave. 

Position 2: Administrative Pastry Chef 

Job Requirement 
 Qualifications 
 Diploma or Special Certificate in applicable field of studies 
 Assist in running the pastry section of the kitchen 
 ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings 
 Bring creativity to the pastry offerings 
 Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation. 
 Plan production to facilitate  diurnal requirements 
 Develop applicable seasonal menu offerings 
 Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage  profit 
 Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations 
 Approaches pastry in a creative way 
 Strong administrative skills 
 A current, valid, and applicable trade qualification( proof may be required)

Position 3 Chief Engineer

Job Requirement 
 Qualifications 
 Must be good in an Electrical/ Mechanical engineering discipline( Degree, Graduate level or original). 
 Safety, Security & Environment – Ensures hotel is being operated in a safe & effective manner. 
 Ensures the correct implementation of Hilton LFS – Life, Fire & Safety testing procedure and operation & maintenance of all hotel's LFS systems. 
 Maintenance – ensures the effective operation & maintenance of all mechanical & electrical equipment. 
 Ensures functional equipment is being maintained effectively – PM Preventative Maintenance. 
 Personnel – Supervision of contractors and outsourced company staff. 
 Develop training and business plans for all engineering staff and interview and make recommendations on suitable specialized personnel for employment. 
 Procurement – Ensure that acceptable stock levels and spare part lists are in place. 
 Assist in the negotiation for consumables and service contracts, ensuring the stylish value for money is attained. 
 Projects – give applicable M&E input into capital projects. 
 General To be apprehensive of areas & hotel fiscal targets R&M plus energy target/ budget, and assist in cost reduction methods where necessary. 
 Must be smart and presentable. Must be computer knowledgeable, with energy software reports, etc. 
 Must have worked for min four( 4) times as Asst.CE or even as principal Engineer. 
 Must be technically competent in MEP – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing, etc. 
 Must be suitable to converse to a good level of English including writing. 

Position 4: Assistant Front Office Manager 

Job Requirement 
 Qualifications 
 BA in Hotel Operation or related fields 
 5 years of hands-on experience 
 former administrative experience in Front Office within the hotel/ leisure/ retail 
 High level of IT proficiency 
 High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities

Position 6: Room & Public Area Care Supervisor 

Job Requirement 
 Qualifications 
 Diploma/ Certificate in Electricity, General Maintenance, or any other related fields 
 former 5 years experience in an  analogous maintenance or administrative role within hospitality or a related field 
 Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in all areas 
 Strong Supervisor & leader. 
 High skills in organization 
 High Admin skills, reporting system, and preventative Maintenance system. 
 To make sure that all Guestrooms, Public Areas, and Meeting Rooms are maintained always in perfect condition. 
 Multi Skilled Supervisor. 
 Inspection of all Guestrooms, public areas, and meeting rooms on a regular base. 

Position 7: Boiler Plant Room Operator 

Job Requirement 
 Qualifications 
 TVET Level II or III Certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Systems, or Boiler Operation 
 Monitoring the operation of steam boilers, all pumps – Grundfos pumps, circulation pumps, stranger, safety valves, and their maintenance. 
 Maintenance of Steam Boiler and Burner and all components. 
 Repair of boiler systems, and any leak – steam, hot water, or fuel/ diesel 
 Regularly inspect the equipment, and monitor temperature and pressure readings, daily. 
 Conduct routine cleaning of burner and all components 
 Ensure that systems are operating efficiently and safely. 
 Introductory understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. 
 In emergencies, the Boiler Operator must promptly resolve issues to prevent functional disruptions or safety hazards. 
 Maintaining and repairing boiler outfit and all associated components. 
 Keeping detailed records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs. 
 Ensuring compliance with original safety regulations and guidelines as well as via Hilton standards. 
 Managing the fuel inventory and other consumables necessary for boiler operation on a regular diurnal basis and reporting to coming administrator in line. 
 Managing hotel water inventory and report any issue to coming supervisor in line. 
 Boiler Operator must be fully aware of Hilton Standards Steam Boiler Operation and all LFS Life, Fire & Safety requirements and standards. 
 Boiler Operator must provide his valid Boiler Operator Certification yearly to HR – Hotel or a related filed certification. 
 Adjust controls and settings as demanded to maintain proper operation. 
 Perform individual tests to identify and correct system malfunctions. 
 Coordinate with other plant personnel to ensure flawless operations. 
 Follow safety protocols and nonsupervisory guidelines to minimize risks. 
 Any other duties as laid down by the principal Engineer, Asst.Chief Engineer or Hotel. 
 Report directly to Boiler Plant Room Supervisor, Asst.CE, and principal Engineer, Duty Manager Hotel in the absence of Engineering Management

 Must be suitable to perform Replacing Repair light bulbs & light fixtures, inspecting and repairing grout and caulking. 
 Perform small repairs Plumbing, Electrical, Silicon Work, Painting Work, Door Lock Repairs, Safe Box, TV system, etc.

Position 9: Refrigeration Technician 

Job Requirement 
 Qualifications 
 BSC/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or refrigeration 
 Minimum 5 years of refrigeration installation or maintenance experience in Industrial/ Commercial Projects preferably in Hotels and hospitals experience 
 Must be suitable to find & repair Freon leaks, welding work, etc. 
 Perform PV preventative Maintenance on Refrigeration, walk-in cooler & walk-in freezer. 
 Good round practical trade skills inclusive fabrication, installation, and maintenance 
 Good in specialized trouble & problem-solving. 

Position 10: Room Care Technician 

Job Requirement 
 Qualifications 
 Diploma/ Certificate in Electrical, General Maintenance, or any other related fields 
 Two years of hands-on experience

Position 11: Security Supervisor 

Job Requirement 
 Qualifications 
 Diploma in police science 
 minimal 5 years of experience, preferably working within an assiduity that monitors large volumes of people’s movements. 
 Experience in planning, organizing, and administering security systems 
 Computer proficiency is  obligatory 
 Current and working knowledge( proof of valid qualifications required) of fire, safety, and first aid 
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
 Excellent  particular presentation 

Position 12: HVAC/ AC Technician 

Job Requirement 
 Qualifications 
 Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical HVAC Technician 
 Minimum 5 years air- -conditioning installation or maintenance experience in Industrial/ Commercial Projects 
 Good round practical trade skills inclusive fabrication, installation, and maintenance 
 Must be suitable to troubleshoot three-phase or single-phase electrical motors. 
 Must be suitable to repair HVAC units, Fan Coil Units Guestrooms, and any extractor or exhaust as well as fresh air supply fan motor. 
 Knowledge or Chiller and stupefied water system. 
 Must be able to install AC split units. 
 Must be able to weld any Freon leaks, radiator leaks stupefied water side, etc. 
 Must be technically competent in HVAC units, Fan Coil Units, changing of air filters, belts, pullies, etc. 
 Air flow and air pressure knowledge
