Awash Bank, Ethiopia’s pioneering private bank, was established on November 10, 1994 after the downfall of the socialist regime. Position 1: Conventional Banking Products Development Officer  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management & Economics or original field plus a minimum of four( 4) years in marketing and research experience.  

Duty station Addis Ababa, V. No HO/ 01076/ 24  

Position 2: Senior – IFB Product Development Officer  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management & Economics plus a minimum of Six( 6) years’ in Banking operation with at least Two (2) years in IFB Officer Services.  

Duty station Addis Ababa, V. No HO/ 01075/ 24  

Position 3: Senior – Vendor Management Officer  

Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or information Systems plus a minimum of six( 6) years of experience in IT and banking areas.  – Masters in IT-related field( added advantage). Professional Certificates in IT areas( an added advantage).

Position 4: Senior – Enterprise Architect  

Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology and Information Systems plus a minimum of Six( 6) years’ experience in IT and banking areas.  – Masters in IT-related field (added advantage). Professional Certificates in IT areas( an added advantage).

Position 5: Branch Manager – Class II Branch  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management & Business  

Administration plus a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the  banking sector of which three( 3) years in a administrative position.

Position 6: Principal – Conventional Banking Product Development Officer  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline plus a minimum of 7 years marketing and research experience.

Position 7: Branch director – Class IV Branch  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking  & Finance and Economics plus minimum of eight( 8) years of applicable banking experience of which 3 years in a administrative position.
