Qualification BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or affiliated field of study.
Experience After graduation 8 years of applicable work experience as a quantity Surveyor in analogous and/ or original high rise building Construction project

II. Fluency in English both spoken & written,
III. Highly motivated and those who can execute duties with least guidance are encouraged to apply. In micro soft office & general computer soft ware, Auto CAD, and affiliated engineering Software. In- depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry.
VI. Demonstrated knowledge of building construction, medication of specifications for high – rise buildings, quantity surveying principles, and bid document preparation. Age Below 45 Years Place of work Addis Ababa
