is a private insurance company operating in the Ethiopian insurance market. It was established on October 30, 2010, with a paid-up capital of Birr 9.7 million. The company was created under proclamation No. 86/1994, initiated by Berhan Bank S.C. and supported by the investment of 455 visionary founders.
Open Savings Account
Position 1: Content & Graphics Officer II
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for degree holders and 5 years for diploma holders.
Skills:
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to create content for digital, social media, and print materials.
- Familiar with UI/UX design principles and web content systems.
- Skilled in using generative AI tools for creating images and videos.
- Ability to produce and edit video content.
Education & Certifications:
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic design, visual arts, or related fields.
Position 2: Underwriting Supervisor (Life Insurance)
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of underwriting experience.
Education & Certifications:
- Educational Requirement: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Position 3: Accountant I
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience for diploma holders and 2 years for BA degree holders.
Education & Certifications:
Educational Requirement: Diploma/BA/BSc in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Management, Banking, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields.
Position 4: Underwriting Officer I
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant insurance experience.
Education & Certifications: Educational Requirement: BA/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
Position 5: Accounts Supervisor
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of underwriting experience.
Education & Certifications:
- Educational Requirement: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields from a recognized university or college.
Position 6: Branch Manager I
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant insurance experience, of which a minimum of 3 years must be in a senior position.
Education & Certifications:
- Educational Requirement: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Position 7: Executive Officer (EO), Finance & Investment

Minimum of 4 years in a managerial role. Insurance experience should be in any one or more areas of general insurance operations.
Education & Certifications:
- Educational Requirement: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Certifications: ACCA certification is preferred.
