Job Summary
Prepare Bill of Amounts( BOQ) and cost estimates for interior design and smart office construction systems.
Conduct material take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP( Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) delineations.
Estimate and quantify finishing accouterments, cabinetwork, lighting, smart office systems, and network cabling.
Unite with designers, design directors, and procurement teams to optimize material selection and budget planning.
Ensure cost control and material efficiency while maintaining quality norms.
Source and dissect material specifications, supplier quotations, and procurement schedules.
Track and report material operation, wastage, and deviations from budgeted quantities.
Assist in contract accommodations and verification of subcontractor claims related to material costs.
Ensure compliance with assiduity norms, sustainability practices, and project-specific requirements.
Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, furniture, lighting systems, and smart office factors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and estimation software( e.g., MS Excel, CostX, or Primavera P6).
Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and procurement processes for interior projects.

Job Requirement
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

Position 2: Senior Architect – Interior Design & Smart Office Construction
Job Summary
Lead the design, planning, and execution of interior design and smart office construction projects.
Develop abstract designs, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations for office spaces, meeting rooms, and reception areas.
Ensure designs incorporate ultramodern aesthetics, imprinting rudiments, and smart office technology( e.g., automated lighting, security access control, and structured cabling).
Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction details in collaboration with engineers and project managers.
Select and specify high-end, cost-effective accouterments, furniture, and finishes that align with the design budget and BESYS Technologies’ standards.
Oversee project execution to ensure that construction aligns with approved designs and quality standards.
Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure flawless integration of smart office components.
Review and approve BOQs, procurement lists, and specialized specifications for interior construction materials.
Conduct site inspections, resolve design-related issues, and give specialized guidance during construction.

Job Summary
