Position 1: AV / Technical Support Technician
Qualification: A diploma or technical qualification in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, IT, Sound Engineering, Theatre Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant AV or event technical experience.
Additional Requirements: Hands-on experience with sound systems, microphones, presentation systems, and event AV technology; strong problem-solving abilities; good communication and team-working skills; willingness to work during shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience in an auditorium or theatre setting is highly desirable.
Position 2: Reception / Customer Service Officer
Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in hospitality, leisure, recreation, clubs, sports, or customer service.
Additional Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance; customer-focused attitude; proficiency in computer systems and booking/customer management software; basic sales and upselling skills; willingness to work during shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Position 3: Centre Manager – Recreational Facilities
Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in hospitality, leisure, recreation, sports, clubs, entertainment, hotels, or multi-facility operations.
Additional Requirements: Experience in managing customer-facing services; strong financial, business, and people management skills; understanding of customer service and experience standards; excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills; willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public events.
Position 4: Duty Manager / Theatre & Events Lead
Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in hotel, hospitality, recreation, events, entertainment, sports, or facility operations.
Additional Requirements: Practical experience in event coordination; strong customer service focus; willingness to work during shifts, evenings, weekends, and events; good written and spoken communication skills; calm and professional approach during incidents and customer complaints.
Position 5: Facilities / Maintenance Technician
Qualification: A technical diploma or certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Building Maintenance, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant facilities or maintenance experience.
Additional Requirements: Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a technical team; willingness to work during shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, including outside regular school hours.
Position 6: Lifeguard
Qualification: A recognized lifeguard certification.
Additional Requirements: Strong swimming and rescue abilities; high level of alertness and responsibility; good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies; willingness to work during shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Current first aid/CPR certification is preferred or required, as per CAE operating standards.Previous experience as a lifeguard in a swimming pool is preferred.
Position 7: Sports / Basketball Coordinator
Qualification: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sports, recreation, hospitality, events, or facility operations.
Additional Requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills; customer service and commercial awareness; willingness to work during evenings and weekends.
Experience in basketball is highly desirable, while experience in coordinating tournaments, academies, clubs, or sports programs is preferred.
Position 8: Primary School Librarian
Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science, Education, English, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant school library experience, preferably in a primary or international school setting.
Additional Requirements: Excellent written and verbal English; strong knowledge of children’s literature and reading development; experience with library management systems and digital catalogues; strong organizational, IT, and communication skills; commitment to student wellbeing; ability to work well with teachers, students, and parents.
Position 9: Personal Assistant to Head of Primary and Early Years School
Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Communications, English, Education, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator, preferably in an international school or educational setting.
Additional Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English skills; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; proficient minute-taking, proofreading, and editing abilities; high standards of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality; strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills; effective interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities; ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines; commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
