Yazawa Spare Parts is a leading entity in Ethiopia's automotive industry, recognized as the country's first specialized spare parts shop for electric mobility vehicles (EMVs).

Position 1: Junior Assembly Technician
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field, or a graduate of a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program in a relevant discipline.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a factory environment with similar products (such as E2W and E3W).
• Sound knowledge of factory equipment specific to the industry.
• Preference for proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of motor assembly.
Position 2: Junior Customer Experience Officer
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Customer Service Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call centers, or front-facing service roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to use phones, chat platforms, and customer support systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic data entry and reporting skills using Google Sheets or CRM dashboards.
• Positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability.
Position 3: Battery Site Acquisition Supervisor
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in site acquisition, logistics management, operations, project management, or infrastructure deployment.
• Experience managing teams or coordinating field staff.
• Physically fit and able to travel extensively across the city for field assessments and site visits.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site projects at the same time.
Position 4: Battery Hardware Team Lead/Engineer
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, battery systems, or a related field.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical systems, including high-voltage (HV) architecture and contactors.
• Proficiency in testing instruments such as infrared (IR) meters, multimeters, and data acquisition (DAQ) equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and certification test procedures.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
Position 5: Warehouse Supervisor
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and team leadership, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Proficiency in manufacturing-focused ERP systems such as SAP, Cin7, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and reporting.
Position 6: Senior Accountant
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in accounting, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Audit and compliance management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations.
Position 7: Customer Experience (CX) Manager
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer experience, after-sales, or service operations, preferably within the automotive, mobility, or telecom sectors.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing teams such as call centers, CRM departments, or after-sales support.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and process improvement abilities.
• Fluent in both English and Amharic.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools like Zoho, Trello, Salesforce, Zendesk, and others.
• Committed to achieving operational excellence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
Position 8: Accounting/Finance Manager
Required Qualifications and Experience
Colleges & Universities
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 7 to 9 years in accounting, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role is required.
• Strong management abilities.
• Experience in leading or overseeing external, internal, and tax audits.
• In-depth knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations.
• Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to handle unexpected situations.
• Familiarity with cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Skilled in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial reports.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
• Audit-related skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of Ethiopian tax laws and regulations.
• Experience in internal audit and control processes.
