OVID REAL ESTATE PLC would like to employ good and Competent Candidates for the following Positions. Ovid Real Estate is a sister company of Ovid Construction, which has extensive experience in the construction industry and is part of Ovid Group.

Position 1: Architect 

Education MSc./ BSc. Degree in Architectural, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or other related fields. 
Work Experience 4/6 years of experience in building construction, out of which 3 years as an Architect 
The Architect will be responsible for developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings and including extension, alterations of project drawings, and delivering on the customer’s requirements. 

Duties and Responsibilities 
Identify crucial projects, design issues, and responsibilities. 
Work in collaboration with design consultants and architects for the realization of customer requirements. 
Review design with the design team to identify opportunities for innovation and value engineering. 
Adapting and revising plans according to circumstances and resolving architectural design problems that may arise during construction. 
Prepare workshop drawing and as-built drawing, and get it approved by the consultant. 
Design and check all design requirements in coordination with the coordinator. 
Assist the tender and contract team on design-related issues. 
Prepare daily and yearly reports related to design. 
Viewing building sites, proposed locations, and customer meetings. 
Location Addis Ababa 

Position 2: Secretary 

Qualifications: Diploma or Degree with Secretarial Science or related business field. 
Minimum of 4 years of experience for Diploma and 2 years of experience for BA holders. 
The Secretary, under the direct supervision of the Chief Technical Officer, will support the executive functions of the office. The candidate will manage meeting schedules, communication, and ensure the smooth operation of diurnal office tasks in a dynamic environment. The Secretary will collaborate closely with specialized teams to enhance productivity and foster a positive work atmosphere. 
Key Responsibilities 
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for team members. 
Perform secretarial tasks (typing Amharic and English letters, Minute records, and related) 
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations. 
Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability. 
Assist with the specialized tasks related to office facilities. 
Support the team in project coordination and executive tasks. 
Implement filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible. 
Facilitate communication between departments and external partners. 
Perform data entry and maintain databases to ensure accuracy. 
Location Addis Ababa 

Position 3: Personal Technical Assistant 

Educational Background 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering( preferably), Management, Business Administration, or Economics from a recognized institution. 
Experience: Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in administrative support, business analysis, or project coordination within a commercial or development-oriented organization. 
Proven experience working with C- C-suite or senior leadership teams.

Specialized capabilities 
Exceptional writing, synthesis, and presentation skills. 
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/ CRM systems( preferably Odoo). 
Excellent logical reasoning and information structuring ability. 
Fluent in both English and Amharic — able to draft high-level correspondence in both languages.
