 Kerchanshe specializes in coffees sourced from Yirgacheffe, Lekempti, Gimbi, Djimma, and Sidamo, which epitomize fine Arabica coffee. Since its inception 15 years ago, Kerchanshe has established a track record of fair trading and excellent customer service and now employs over  1,250  endless staff and  10,000 seasonal staff. Directly and indirectly, it impacts the livelihoods of over 1 million coffee growers throughout the southern and southwestern coffee- cultivating regions of Ethiopia.

Position 1: Head, HR Planning and Recruitment 

Job Purpose 
 • To support the successful implementation of companywide strategy by acquiring and taking on board a talented workforce through streamlined HR planning, recruitment, onboarding, and promotion services. 
 Main Duties and Responsibilities 
 • Identifies manpower requirements of functions in collaboration with line managers. 
 • Oversees the overall recruitment process and screens applicants for introductory compliance with position qualifications; and summarizes resumes for easier evaluation during follow-on steps. 
 • Schedules paper examinations and interviews in consultation with the HR operation manager and applicable functions. 
 • Conduct background and reference checks on shortlisted candidates to ensure the authenticity of information provided during candidates’ interview sessions. 
 • Communicates recruitment committee decisions to applicants. 
 • Ensures completion of required pre-employment formalities similar to medical checks, felonious background certificates, registration with the social security fund, and due completion of all staff forms for record purposes. 
 • Coordinates with the Learning and Development unit to conduct induction and- boarding of new employees. 
 • Maintains good relationships with applicable employment sources similar to Universities, Colleges, Employment Agencies, etc. 

Qualification and Skills 
 • BA or MA in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Management/ Public Administration Development Management or related fields. 
 Experience 
 • 5 years for BA 
 • 3 years for MA 

Skills 
 • In-depth knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations. 
 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
 • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation. 
 • Working knowledge of HRIS solutions. 
 • Computer literacy,  complete in Microsoft Word, and Excel. 
 • Time management skills.

Position 2: Senior Sales Administrative 

Responsibilities 
 1. Lead and supervise a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and achieve sales targets. 
 2. Order Truck and Bus vehicles regularly from the manufacturer or authorized distributors to maintain force levels. 
 3. Prepare and conduct conclusive deal arguments to showcase the unique selling points and benefits of our Truck and Bus Business to implicit customers. 
 4. Participate in tender processes, providing competitive bids and proposals to secure new business opportunities. 
 5. Expand the customer base through visionary outreach and relationship-  structure activities. 
 6. Regularly study and analyze the competition and market trends to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. 
 7. Maintain a professional relationship with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and coordinating vehicle orders and deliveries. 
 8. Plan and execute marketing activities to promote Truck and Bus Business and increase brand visibility. 
 9. Represent our products at exhibitions, bazaars, and industry events to showcase the value and features of Truck and Bus. 
 10. help in the determination of selling prices grounded on request analysis, competitive positioning, and profit objectives. 
 11. Collect and analyze market data, including customer preferences, purchasing behavior, and market trends, to inform sales strategies and decision-making. 
 12. Analyse tender outcomes and report the results with a comprehensive analysis to elderly management. 

Qualification and Skills 
 • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field is required. 
 • Proven experience in vehicle sales, with a strong background in selling trucks and buses. 
 • former experience in an administrative or team leadership role, demonstrating effective leadership skills. 
 • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. 
 • Strong sales and donation capacities, with the capability to persuade and influence implicit guests. 
 • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and adapt strategies accordingly. 
 • Proficiency in marketing and branding activities, especially in the automotive industry. 
 • Knowledge of tender processes and experience in participating in tenders is profitable.

Position 3: Quality Control Expert 

Job Purpose 
 • To ensure that all products manufactured by the company meet or exceed quality standards. 
 Main Duties and Responsibilities 
 • Perform on-site inspections of products at all stages of production to ensure the loftiest possible quality standards, 
 • Analyze data feeds and error logs to determine points of failure and devise solutions, 
 • Create and present recommendations to streamline production processes in ways that heighten quality standards, 
 • Inspects raw materials, finished goods, and in-process products to ensure compliance with quality standards, 
 • Develop and implements quality control procedures, 
 • Investigates and resolves quality problems, 
 • Maintains quality records and reports, 
 • Compiles and analyzes quality data, 

Qualification and Skills 
 • BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Chemical Engineering or related fields of studies. 
 Experience 
 • 3 years for BSc 
 • 1 year for MSc
