Position Junior Human Resource Officer
Conditions BA Degree in Management/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ Management Information System/ Business Administration & Information System or any affiliated field of study from a honored College University
Experience Fresh Graduate with Zero Year Experience.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the overall development of labor force and planning, scheduling and delivery ofnon-technical training programs.
• Makes necessary policy changes in line with the HR strategy and proactively suggests new policy/ emendations in line with HR developments nationally and encyclopedically;
• Provides effective and effective services to other departments in the areas of concern;
• authorize the placement of eventually named workers.
• Analyzes the people, process, planning, mortal resource strategies, values, societies, and structure of the association to ameliorate organizational effectiveness and productivity.

• Reviews and recommends to theDir.HRM modification of stipend and payment programs system-wide, new or revised labor force programs, organizational changes, and fresh mortal resource requests.
• Lead perpetration of Drogas mortal capital/ coffers strategy within the Company to insure the successful and timely perpetration of the Commercial Vision and Strategy;
• Performs and misbehave with all liability specified for operation position;
