Position – Senior Sales Administrative
Qualification University Degree is preferable
Experience Min 3 years experience of which a minimum of 2 years in sales account management within the travel trade or major transnational airline with added experience in pricing & distribution.
Place of Work Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Job Purpose
To achieve agreed sales revenue targets by developing and maintaining an effective professional relationships with travel agents, commercial houses, associations and the colorful stakeholders in these segments. Manage the growth of assigned sales portfolio of trade agencies chains by executing sales activity, maintaining strong relationships, providing support/ information and relating recommending new opportunities and product to expand Emirates market share/ revenue.
Knowledge/ skills
Experience in professional sales and client relationship management, preferably within the Airline or Travel Industry. Proven track record in driving incremental profit through effective business development, impacting and concession practices and lead generation and prospect management.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills and the confidence to deliver crucial information to a large followership.
Ability to interpret data, identify opportunities or threats and translate into required actions.
Former CRM (e.g./Salesforce.com) and CRS experience.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel & Outlook).
