Position 1: Call Center Agent  Secretary 

Required Qualification and Experience  : Education minimal Diploma and above in any field of study.  

Strong communication skills in Amharic and English( both are required).  Computer skill and knowledge.  

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.  

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.  

Previous experience in customer service or a call center is an advantage (but not required).

Answer incoming calls and assist drivers and riders with inquiries.  

Provide clear and accurate information about services.  

Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.  

Maintain records of calls and follow company procedures.  

Support diurnal operations of the ride service. 

Position 2: Yango Meter Taxi

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education minimal 12th grade completed.  

Ability to easily understand mobile applications.  

Strong communication and persuasion skills.  Self- motivated and result- oriented.  

Team player with good attitude.  

Net Salary  7,000 ETB per month
