Position 1 Wash Intern
Minimum Qualifications
• Being enrolled at a university in Ethiopia at the undergraduate or graduate level or being a recent graduate( within the once two years) in Public/ Environmental Health, Hydraulic/ Sanitary Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of applicable computer systems and applications; excellent knowledge of MS Office is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
Under the supervision of the WASH Programme officer, The WASH (Water supply, Sanitation and Hygiene) Intern provides assistance throughout the programming process for Benishangul Gumuz WASH programmes and projects. They will apply theoretical and specialized skills in researching, collecting, assaying, and presenting specialized programme information to support the development and formulation of the WASH Programme within the region while learning organizational rules, regulations and procedures.

Position 2 Nutrition Intern
Qualification
• Be enrolled at a university in Ethiopia at the undergraduate or graduate level or be a recent graduate( within the once two years) in nutrition, public health, nutritive epidemiology, global/ transnational health and nutrition, health/ nutrition research, or another health- related science field.
• Knowledge of applicable computer systems and applications; excellent knowledge of MS Office is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
Under the supervision of the Nutrition Officer, The Nutrition Intern provides assistance throughout the programming process for Benishangul Gumuz nutrition programmes and projects. They will apply theoretical and specialized skills in researching, collecting, analyzing, and presenting specialized programme information to support the development and formulation of the Nutrition Programme within the region, while learning organizational rules, regulations, and procedures.

Position 3 Health Programme Intern
Qualification
• Be enrolled at a university in Ethiopia at the undergraduate or graduate level or be a recent graduate (within the once two years) in public health, Health education & promotion, health informatics, Nursing, midwifery, or another health- related science field.
• Knowledge of introductory computer systems and applications; excellent knowledge of MS Office is required.
• Fluency in spoken and written English language is required.
Under the supervision of the Health Officer, the Health Programme Intern provides assistance throughout the programming process for Benishangul Gumuz health programmes. They will apply theoretical and specialized skills in collecting, analyzing, and presenting specialized programme information to support the development and formulation of health programs within the region while learning organizational rules, regulations, and procedures.

Position 4 Education Intern
Qualification
• Being enrolled at a university in Ethiopia at the undergraduate or graduate level or be a recent graduate (within the once two years) in education, psychology, sociology or another applicable Social Sciences field is required.
• Knowledge of applicable computer systems and applications; excellent knowledge of MS Office is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
Under the direct supervision of the Education Programme, the Education Intern provides assistance throughout the programming process for Benishangul Gumuz Education programmes and projects. The peremptory applies theoretical and specialized skills in researching, collecting, analyzing, and presenting specialized programme information to support the development and formulation of the Education Programme within the region, while learning organizational rules, regulations, and procedures. Position 5 Child Protection Intern
Minimum Requirements Qualifications
• Be enrolled at a university in Ethiopia at the undergraduate or graduate level or be a recent graduate (within the once two years) in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Law, or any affiliated social science field.
• Knowledge of applicable computer systems and applications; excellent knowledge of MS Office is required.
• Fluency in English and Amharic( the working language of the region) is required. Under the supervision of the Child Protection Specialist, the Child Protection Intern provides assistance throughout the programming process for Benishangul Gumuz Child Protection programmes and projects. They will apply theoretical and specialized skills in researching, collecting, analyzing, and presenting specialized programme information to support the development and formulation of the violence against children and Birth Registration Programme within the region while learning organizational rules, regulations, and procedures.
