Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or affiliated field( or original work experience).
Experience 1- 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or media relations. Experience in commercial PR, agency work, or related industries is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities
Media Relations Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to secure press coverage for the company. Respond to media inquiries and help coordinate interviews, press releases, and media appearances.
Press Materials & Content Creation Draft press releases, media advisories, and other PR content for internal and external distribution. Ensure the harmonious delivery of the company’s messaging across all platforms.
Social Media & Digital Presence Assist in managing the company’s social media biographies, casting posts and engaging with online communities. Support social media juggernauts that align with PR objects.
Event Collaboration: Help plan and execute PR events such as press conferences, media briefings, and product launches. Help with event logistics, attendee coordination, and follow-up.
Monitoring & Reporting Track media coverage and analyze PR campaign results. Create yearly reports on the effectiveness of PR efforts, including media hits, social media engagement, and overall brand sentiment.
Content Support unites with the marketing and content brigades to align PR efforts with overall brand messaging. Help produce blog posts, newsletters, and other communication accouterments.
Crisis Communications: Assist in managing and responding to implicit PR crises. Draft statements or responses under the guidance of elderly PR staff.
Executive Support Manage media contact databases, organize press clippings, and handle PR related scheduling. I'd like for you to maintain an up-to-date archive of PR materials and company press kits.
