Position 1 Internal Auditor
Education BA degree in Accounting or other affiliated field of Study from a recognized University.
Experience A minimum of 2 (two) years applicable experiences in business organization.
Position 2 Life Insurance Officer
Education degree Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or other affiliated fields of study from a recognized University.
Experience BA/ BSC in A minimum of one (1) year applicable experience.
Position 3 Senior Internal Auditor
Education BA degree in Accounting or other related field of Study from a recognized University
Experience A minimum of 5 (five) years applicable experiences in Insurance, out of which 2 years in the immediate lower position or equivalent.
Position 4 Sinior Share Administration Officer
Education BA/ LLB degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Law or any other affiliated field of study from a recognized University
Experience A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experiences, out of which 1 year in the immediate lower position or equivalent.
Position 5 Senior Human Resource Officer
Education BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management or other related field of study from a recognized University.
Experiences A minimum of five (5) years applicable work experiences in business association, out of which 1 year in the immediate lower position or original
Position 6 Deputy Chief Executive Officer- Corporate Service
Qualification BA/ BSC degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or any other affiliated field of study from a recognized University or ACHI/ LOMA
Experience A minimum of twelve (12) years of applicable experiences, in business organization and four (4) years of which In a Senior Management positions with proven mix of experiences in Human Resource Management, Marketing & Information Technology.
Insurance experience for all job positions are preferable.
Fresh qualities and competencies required
Ability to support and supervise service of departments.
Good knowledge of standardize, execute & administer own conditioning
Good knowledge of the Labor Law and Company HRM policies and procedures Good Knowledge of induction and training coordination
Ability to undertake training impact assessment
Good knowledge of counting principles and practices Good knowledge of the financial management regulation, policies and procedures of the Company and NBE; Considerable share management principles and practices Knowledge of insurance industry and governing directives introductory knowledge of life insurance Highly oriented in customer service Ability to identify & resolve problems
Ability to plan, organize, directing, coordinate and evaluating the performance of departments.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skill ood knowledge of computer application Dedication, hardworking capacity, reliable & Team Player
