Position 1: Financial Controller
Qualification Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage Service, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, Hotels and Tourism Management, Cooperative Business Management, or any related field from an accredited college or university, along with a minimum of 12 years of experience, of which two years must be in a managerial or equivalent position at a large catering institute or a 4 or 5-star hotel.
OR
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in the same fields, with at least 10 years of experience, of which two years must have been in a managerial or equivalent position in the same type of organization.
Position 2: Manager, Finance - EH
Qualification Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Account and Finance, Accounting Information System, or any related field from a recognized university or college, along with a minimum of 9 years of experience in the hotel or related field, of which at least two years must have been in a supervisory or equivalent role.
OR
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in the same fields, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the hotel or related field, of which at least two years must have been in a supervisory or equivalent role.
Position 3: Manager, Procurement & Warehouse Management - EH
Qualification Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Supply Management, Logistics, Procurement & Supplies Management, Management, Business Management, Business Administration & Information System, or any business-related field from a recognized university or college, along with a minimum of 9 years of experience in the hotel or related field, of which at least two years must have been in a supervisory or equivalent capacity.
OR
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in the same fields, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the hotel or related field, of which at least two years must have been in a supervisory or equivalent role.
Position 4: Manager, ICT - EH
Qualification Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or any IT-related field, along with at least 9 years of relevant work experience, of which at least two years must have been in a supervisory or equivalent position.
OR
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in any IT-related field, along with at least 7 years of relevant work experience, of which at least two years must have been in a supervisory or equivalent position.
Position 5: Head of Human Resources
Qualification Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Personnel Management, HR Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field, along with a minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience, of which at least three years must have been in a managerial capacity within the HRM department.
OR
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in the same fields, along with at least 7 years of relevant work experience, of which at least three years must have been in a managerial capacity within HRM areas.
Position 6: Chief Security - EH
Qualification Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s or Bachelor of Science Degree in any field of study, along with at least 9 years of relevant work experience, of which at least two years must have been in a supervisory or equivalent role.
OR
A minimum of a Master’s or Master of Science Degree is required, along with at least 7 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory or equivalent role.
Language
Knowledge of the English language is mandatory.
Registration Date and Place
From July 27, 2026, to July 31, 2026, at the Ethiopian Airlines Headquarters, located in the Ethiopian Airports Building (Recruitment & Placement Office).
