Ethiopian Sky Technologies is a Joint Venture (JV) company of Ethiopian Airlines and Sky techno of Italy; which is engaged in manufacture insulation blankets and its primary manufacturing facility is at Bole Airport, Addis Ababa.
Position 1 Assembler (Sky Techno Req.# 3)
Educational Background
• Completion of Grade 10 and having knowledge on Tailoring, Apparel, Garment or Fashion Design is profitable. A good position of communication skill in spoken and written English.
Position 2 Finance & HR Expert (SKY TECNO)
Educational Background
• BA Degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
Work Experience A minimum of 5 years ‘ experience in that discipline.
Major Duties
• Ability to conduct duties per companies Finance Policy & Procedure.
• Prepare fiscal Statements based on IFRS Standards.
• Prepare periodic Budget
• Prepare Yearly report BudgetVs. Actual expenses.
• Plan expenditures and pay accordingly
• Handling of Payments based on policy & procedure.
• Handles on Insurance and refund claims by employees
• Produce required financial and performance reports.
• Conduct Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
• Conduct proper computation & Payment of Taxes Authority.
• Keeps the colorful documents of the company properly.
• Oversees Stock balances on Raw materials is made in a daily basis.
• Conduct periodic property and raw material inventory.
• Prepares payroll of Employees every month.
• introductory understanding and experience on Cost Account System.
• Co-ordinate with the Auditors of the company’s periodic Audit.
• Having the introductory understanding on the Human Resource policy and procedures for a small company.
• Managing hand attendance
• Handle Man- power request of the colorful sections based on plan.
• Play Major Roll in the employment process of the company.
• Co-ordinate the employment process of new employees.
• Assist the CEO of the company in colorful HR activities.
• Perform in any activity as assigned by the CEO of the company.
A good level of communication skill in spoken and written English is Required.
