Position 1: Resident Engineer
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
BSc Civil or Architecture Eng with a Minimum of 10 Years of Applicable Experience.
KEY COMPETENCIES
• Daily management of the project including oversight of the design, construction supervision, and project management duties, along with leadership of the internal and external interfaces and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate and direct the conditioning of advisers, engineers, engineers, and contractors
• Direct the inspection of new construction for conformance with contract provisions, plans, specifications, and sound construction practices.
• Establish and maintain important contacts with representatives of state and original government agencies, legislative bodies, and the public.
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of the ET working language English is mandatory.
Position 2: Sr. Quantity Surveyor
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
BSc Civil, Quantity Surveying Engineering with a Minimum of 8 Years of Applicable Experience.
KEY COMPETENCIES
• Oversee the measurement of works, yearly payment requests, amounts quoted, and unit rates applied.
• Participate in progress meetings and other meetings related to claims revision and analysis and oversee the medication and review of variation orders.
LANGUAGE Knowledge of the ET working language English is mandatory.
