Position 1: Site HR & Admin
Education
Bachelor of Arts Degree in HRM, Management, or related field of study
2 years and above
Applicants Should have analogous role experience in a construction company/ Worked on construction Projects as an HR.
Critical skills required
Willingness to work redundant hours and go the redundant mile to get the job done
Ability to work and operate with others easily
Ability to work in grueling environment and willingness to relocate anywhere in Ethiopia( project sites)
Great Communication and people management skills
Computer skills are a must.

Conditions
BA degree in Management, Logistics & Supply chain Management, or related field and at least 1 year of experience as a Senior/ Store Keeper
College Diploma in any art field and at least 2 years of experience
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualification and Requirements
degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a recognized university
Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting/ Finance or fiscal management
Demonstrated experience working IN a construction firm is an asset, OR Experience working WITH affiliated organizations commissioning complex construction systems by hiring construction enterprises is an asset
The ideal seeker having transnational experience/ or worked with transnational companies here in Ethiopia is an added advantage and will be given priority.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial and accounting procedures especially applicable to the industry in Ethiopia
Knowledge of original finance and accounting laws and regulations.
Experience and working knowledge of using fiscal software and/ or organizational ERPs is a distinct Advantage.

Position 6: Procurement Engineer Sourcing)
Essential Skills and Experience Required
in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or affiliated field of study
Minimum 3 Years & above work experience in procurement in a construction firm specializing in Sourcing
Demonstrated understanding of standard/ introductory procurement workflow processes and construction assiduity procurement.
Knowledge of the assiduity request and capability to understand the specialized requirement attached to the part
International experience and/ or experience working with transnational organizations and/ or with affiliated firms is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office( Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
Good Command of English language skills.
Working knowledge of Engineering software AutoCAD, Revit or analogous is obligatory.
