Position: Assistant Store Keeper
Job Specification
10 3 or Level IV diploma in Material Management/ Management/ Accounting and related with no experience
The purpose of the job is to prepare stores vouchers and maintains records of stock items, assists the storekeeper in performing store management activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Records receipts and issue of store particulars.
- Prepares good receiving report and stores issue voucher( SIV)
- Calculates purchase prices and quantity against purchase orders.
- Prepares statistical reports concerning receipts and issues or store items.
- Checks receipts and issue items against bin card records.
- Keeps stores documents and records in safe custody.
- Participates in inventory taking.
- Checks purchased items against purchase order & before receiving
- Prepares statistical reports of stock items
- Keeps vouchers and other documents in safe custody.
- Performs other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.
