Position 1: National Sales Manager 

Position Overview 
We're seeking an  educated and results- driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across all regions. This is a  crucial leadership role, responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. 
They may manage multiple sales managers or teams and set targets to measure firm Performance. National sales managers build lasting relationships with crucial clients, providing long-term profitability for the firm. 

Qualifications and Skills 
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or in a similar leadership part. 
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and team management. 
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. 
Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly team performance monitoring and feedback to ensure timely remedial measures are taken in line with the HR set guidelines, 
Identify, pursue, and capitalize on sales opportunities through  colorful channels, 
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by managing and optimizing channel sales performance, 
Collaborate effectively with the sales team, channel partners, and other departments to drive growth, 
Provide regular reports on deals activity, progress, and market intelligence to the line-  director.

Experience Conditions 
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
 At least Six years experience in Sales Management, or more depending on the position 
Sales Track record A proven record of success in sales, including achieving deals target

Position 4: General Service and Property Administration Head 

Duties & Responsibility 
Responsible for planning, directing, or Coordinating general and executive services of the company including facilities, planning and maintenance, and other office support services. 
Manage janitorial services 
Responsible for ensuring proper recording and protection of the company’s assets. 
Reconcile company’s assets to finance department’s record. 
Manage all service Contracts with service contracts with service companies and vendors.
