World Vision Ethiopia began its first intervention in Ethiopia in 1971 with relief and opened the Ethiopia office in 1975. Relief, rehabilitation, and small community development projects dominated the decade that followed. Position 1 JR34389 TSFP facilitator( WFP)
Job Description
- Respect the dignity of beneficiaries, caretakers and members of the community at all times.
- Responsible for the day- to- day coordination and management of outreach workers, crowd controllers,
- community mobilizers and food disturbers at field level
- Prepare distribution plans, request distribution dispatches and follow up proper storage at FDC level until the distribution.
- Facilitate screening, verify and compile screening data.
Required Professional Experience
- Minimum three years working experience with NGOs in TSFP/ BSFP program Experience in BSFP/ TSFP, Food Aid programmes or community- based nutrition intervention preferably in emergency context Knowledge of rearmost developments in nutrition and food security Knowledge and practical experience of the public/ transnational Community Based Management of Acute Malnutrition( CMAM) protocols and BSFP Programming is an advantage Experience in facilitating trainings and workshops Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification

Job Description
- Taking a supereminent role in case management of children, youth and women affected by the conflict in the target communities.
- Liaising with original government stakeholders( Women and children Affairs, Social Affairs, Health sector, faith organizations etc) and other stakeholders regarding implementing the psychosocial support measure to ensure complementarity and flexible, effective service delivery to other emergency response plans.

Position 3 Compliance Officer
Job Description
- Monitor food aid resources in JEOP functional Woredas’ warehouses and ensure the commodities are stored in line with the standard. Ensures that all warehouses are keeping proper warehousing standards set by Donor. Yearly inspect all warehouses, take physical inventory and forward all findings to the immediate supervisor.
- Assist and monitor the field commodity teams in the proper management of food aid resources in line with the commodity management guide. Follow up that the allocated foods have arrived in each distribution site and necessary food packages are in place before projects call beneficiaries for distribution.
Ensure an acceptable filing system is in place in all warehouses and easy to access them when required.
