Position 1: Director, District Office  

Qualifications:  
• A master's degree or a bachelor's degree in marketing management, business administration, or a related field.

Experience:  
• Individuals with a master's degree require 10 years of experience, while those with a bachelor's degree need 12 years, including 4 years in a managerial position within the branch operations area.

• IFB Certification is mandatory.
