Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate orientation and sensitization meetings with the community.
Assist in planning and facilitation of colorful training in consultation with program staff.

Consult communities and discuss with them how to maximize the impact of IRC’s assistance and their participation.

Streamlining the sustainability of colorful IRC projects assessing the status in financial, specialized, and management, and reporting the strengths and weakness of the old grant projects including the scope of support from Zonal water office/ Woreda water desks.
Help in erecting the capacity of the community( in line with the community’s action plan) to sustainably manage their water and sanitation facilities.
Assist in developing the facilitation skills of EHAs and Village Facilitators for Participatory Learning and Action/ PLA Activities using the guidelines.
Work on the sustainability of colorful IRC interventions in the area and suggest better experiences for applicable programs.
Maintain a system for timely information and idea-sharing on assignments learned and changing circumstances on projects.
Maintain partnership and utilize the existing partner’s resources for community capacity building.
Organize and grease training of water committees and boards, plumbers, and generator operators.
Enhance and ensure community participation at all stages of water systems( systems design, project implementation, project handing over, and project evaluation).
Monitor and supervise the activities of water boards and water committees for old and new grants.
Conduct and work nearly with other staff, near working relationships with applicable partner institutions.
Source and organize secondary socio-profitable information about the zone and woredas.
Source and compile training materials for users.
Assist in facilitating the community, WUAs, and FG people’s awareness of the donor's visits and meetings.
Facilitate provisional and final handover activities of the project and help in collecting documents of provisional and final handover, list of water management committees, and list of capacity building materials handed for WMC and all necessary data.

Carry out another workshop as assigned by the association.

Position 2: Nutrition Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Diploma/ BSc/ MSc or original experience in Nursing, Public Health/ MD

Duties and Responsibility
Take charge of planning and coordinating field-position TSFP activities, which include tasks similar to preparing and estimating executive costs for direct distributions. Additionally, submit functional requests to the program director.
Prepare distribution plans providing estimates of the proposed number of beneficiaries and how distribution shall be affected.
Timely submission of the Food Distribution Plans to WFP for blessing.
Lead the scoping/ distribution planning community sensitization missions.
Prepare all TSFP tools needed prior to each distribution and alert levies and ensure they're trained to take over distributions.
Prepare food returns attestation from direct distributions- explained and proved.
Unite with the MHNT in Woreda to produce common work plans that connect the TSFP with the HMNT Community Case Management of Malnutrition( CMAM) conditioning.
Act as the link between the TSP platoon and the zonal/ woreda administrations, WoHo, and service recipient community.

Position 3: Expanded Program on Immunization( EPI) Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education BSC/ MPH, health officer and nanny, with direct experience in immunization and surveillance.
Experience At least 2 times of verified experience for a bachelorette’s degree; or master’s degree with at least 1 time of applicable experience or 5 times of applicable experience for parchment holders.
A minimum of 1 time of direct experience leading or supervising an EPI/ Surveillance design is obligatory.

Duties and Responsibility
Oversee health programs in assigned woredas, fastening on routine immunization, cold chain operation, and Community-Grounded Disease Surveillance at both installation and community situations.

Participate in probative supervision, daily monitoring visits, and periodic monitoring visits conducted in the woreda.
Share visit findings with the Health and Nutrition Manager.
