Position 1 – IT Department Head  

Qualification, Experience & skills  Proven experience as IT director or analogous role for 10 years and above.  Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications  Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/ software), networksetc.  

Experience in controlling information technology budget  

Excellent organizational and leadership skills  Outstanding communication abilities  BSc/ BA in computer science, engineering or applicable field; MSc/ MA will be a plus

Position 2 – Secretary and Reception  

Qualifications & Experience  At least a Bachelor’s degree or its university original in Secretarial science or other affiliated field; or Matric Certificate or Advanced Level Certificate plus four (4) years  farther study in professional secretarial and office management or public relations qualifications. A minimum of four( 4) years of applicable professional experience and holding a analogous position in an transnational Organization.  Thorough knowledge and use of all applicable computer software and the ability to help organize data and information retrieval systems; Knowledge of SAP is desirable. Good filling and organizational skills;  

Good interpersonal and verbal communication chops;

Proven ability to work effectively in a team- oriented,multi-cultural environment and to function effectively as a member of  colorful groups;  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Ethiopian Languages.

Position 5 – Pest Control Manager  

Qualifications, Experience & Skills  In order to be a pest control service manager, must either have  former management experience or  expansive knowledge of the pest control industry. This means that, essentially, you can either qualify for this position by having experience as a  director in an industry other than pest control, or as a well- seasoned member of the pest control industry who has worked his/ her way up over the years. Pest control service managers must obtain the necessary license or certification.  MBS/ BSC in Plant Science and affiliated fields required.  

10 years with demonstrated experience in DIRECT pest control management.  Strong project management and change management experience with the ability to develop and execute clear action plans.  

Strong  fiscal, strategic planning and business planning skills.  

Proven track record of a strong ability to proactively identify resolutions to business issues and creating new and innovative ways of doing things, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing environment.  

Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively within the department and across the business to drive and gauge  communications strategies across the enterprise.

 Ability to influence and advise  elderly leadership in both dispatches and business settings. Strong understanding of the planning and development industry is preferred.  Strong management and team leadership skills, including willingness to mentor others.  

Superior written and interpersonal communications skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.  Ability to quickly learn and operate within a complex, fast- paced and changing environment. Ability to meet tight deadlines.
