Key Responsibilities  

Prepare, examine, and maintain  fiscal records in compliance with applicable standards and company policies.  

Record day- to- day financial ransactions and ensure proper ledger postings.  

Prepare yearly, daily, and periodic financial statements.  

Reconcile bank accounts, accounts outstanding, and accounts delinquent.  

Support  duty forms and  insure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and regulations.  

Assist in audit medication and provide applicable documentation.  

Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flows.

Provide financial reports to management as required.

Required Qualification and Experience  

EducationBA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field.  

Experience: Minimum of 3 – 5 years of practical experience in accounting roles( preferably in consultancy, audit firms, or service industry).  

Specialized Skills  Solid understanding of  counting principles (IFRS knowledge is an advantage).  

Proficiency in Peachtree/ Sage, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.  Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.  

Ability to prepare accurate finanncial reports and budgets.  Soft Skills  High level of integrity and attention to detail.  Strong  logical and problem- solving ability.  

Good communication skills in both Amharic and English.  

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

Strong organizational and time- management skills.

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.  

ExperienceMinimum of 4 – 5 years of proven experience in office management or administration( preferably in consultancy, finance, or professional services firms).  

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage competing priorities.  Excellent written and spoken English and Amharic.  

Key Responsibilities  

Oversee day- to- day office operations and  insure smooth workflow.  

Manage administrative staff and coordinate office activities.  

Maintain office systems, including filing, scheduling, and communication channels.  

Prepare reports, letters, and documents for management.  

Support the CEO and department heads in functional and  executive tasks.  

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.  

Coordinate logistics, meetings, and sanctioned events.
