Tsehay Insurance S.C. (TISC) was established by 105 shareholders on the 28th of March 2012. The shareholders are prominent individuals and business organizations.
The National Bank of Ethiopia has registered the company under proclamation No. 86/1994 and license No. 017/12. To get public trust at the original stage, TISc commenced its operation with a subscribed capital of 45 million birr and a paid-up capital of 3 million birr, which was then by far more advanced than the minimal limit of 3 million birr, having three branches in the city of Addis Ababa.

Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting/Finance/Auditing
