Position 1: Sales Officer (Hawassa)  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.  

At least 3 years of work experience as Sales officer.

Sales Officer Responsibilities  

Developing and sustaining long- lasting relationships with customers.  

Calling implicit customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.  

Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the applicable departments as needed.  

Developing in- depth knowledge of company products.  

Maintaining an accurate record of all deals, listed client movables , and customer complaints.  

Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.  

Informing product inventors of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market requirements.  

Preparing cost- benefit analyses for prospective and  living customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.  

Analyzing competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.  

Position 2: Senior Accountant (Addis Ababa)  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education BA or MA Degree Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.  

Experience 5 years for BA  3 years for MA  

Skills

Computer literacy,  complete in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher amongst others.

Ability to make decisions on the go in liaison with the applicable stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities  

Assists and participates in the medication of  functional plan of the Finance function.  Reviews and refines financial transactions and accounts based on Company policies and procedures.  

Prepares the general journals for the company and its subsidiaries.  

Reviews and checks the completeness and adequacy of fiscal documents.  Inspects & tests books of accounts for accuracy and performs other advanced general accounting tasks.  

Checks all transactions and decisions are supported by proper documentation and authorization.  

Verifies that bank statements are reconciled with the book of accounts.  

Confirms expenditures are justified, properly made, signed, and charged to correct accounts project budget.  

Reconciles general ledger for assigned accounts, researches discrepancies and prepares and/ or correct journal entries in the general ledger.  

Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.  

Participates in the medication of Commercial financial reports  similar as balance sheet, income statements (profits and loss) and other related reports.  Collects and analyzes  fiscal information to recommend or develop effective use of coffers and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and fiscal problems.  

Produces error-free accounting reports and presents their results.  

Secures fiscal information by completing database backups.  

Ensures the Company complies with civil, state, and original fiscal and legal conditions by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.  

Reviews and recommends  

variations to accounting systems and procedures.

Position 3: Junior Irrigation expert  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education BSc Degree in, Irrigation Engineering, Agricultural engineering and Related fields of studies with CGPA of 3.5 and above;

Main Duties and Responsibilities  

Develops planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques, improving crop yield, and solving problems.  

Develops planting and irrigation schedules, budgets, and timelines.  

Researches and promotes agrarian strategies to counter the effects of changes in soil, climate, weather, and pest damage,  

Assesses crop production of the farm, Evaluates and improves seed quality, 

Carries out laboratory tests of soil, seed, and crop samples,

Performs quality control for seed caliber and soil standards,  

Visits fields to collect seed, plant, and soil samples,  

Tests samples for nutritive deficiencies, diseases, or other changes, Conduct soil analyses and develop nutrient management plans,  

Recommend and oversee the application of fertilizers, soil conditioners, and other amendments to improve soil health,  

Assists with the plant sourcing, testing, and selection,  

Keeps detailed records regarding fields, customers, crops, and samples,  

Generates reports and presenting findings to management, clients, or other interested parties,  

Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.  

Position 5: Plant protection Expert  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education BSc in Agricultural engineering or Agronomy or Horticulture or Related fields of studies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities  

Designs and conducts periodic reviews and appraisals of the situation of plant pest and pesticide problems in the farm,  

Advice the farm manager on necessary actions to implement pest and pesticide management techniques,  

Prepare pest assessment schedule (Variety, Plot),  

Prepare pest assessment reports in type of pests, stage of the pest and/ or the attack level and submits the report daily for decision,  Collect samples of unknown pests and weeds and submits for his nearest boss for identification,  

Assess the post spraying the pest control chemical efficacy,  

Keep records of sprayed plots and varieties regularly,  

Inspect the chemical spraying activity on the field and check the technic and condition of spraying, recommend corrective action,  

Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
