Kerchanshe TradingP.L.C is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, It has a proud history of providing quality coffees to the original and transnational requests. Currently, our company needs a devoted and motivated candidate.  Kerchanshe specializes in coffees sourced from Yirgacheffe, Lekempti, Gimbi, Djimma, and Sidamo, names that epitomize fine Arabica coffee. Since its inception 15 years ago, Kerchanshe has established a track record of fair trading and excellent customer service and now employs over 1,250  endless staff and 10,000 seasonal staff. Directly and indirectly, it impacts the livelihoods of over 1 million coffee growers throughout the southern and southwestern coffee-cultivating regions of Ethiopia.  

Position Enterprise Systems and Application Expert  

Qualification and Skills 

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Application, Database Administration, Information System or Information science, Information data Science and Analytics ICT Service Management Cloud Computing, or related field of studies  

Experience 

2 years for a BSc Degree 

0 years for MSc  Skills

Analytical skills 

Coding skills 

Programming skills 

Communication skills  

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

Gather, document, and analyze business conditions from crucial stakeholders, and assist in developing project plans and timelines to achieve successful implementation, 

Guide internal and external resources through ERP implementation phases, evaluation, troubleshooting and optimization, 

Interface with ERP vendor and ensure quality( performance, cost, and timeliness) of services delivered,   

Identif improvements in business operation workflow and ensure proper implementation in ERP and other business applications,

Train and coach end-users, 

Supporting a company’s data security policies by ensuring that access is only given to authorized employees on a need-to-know basis. 

Providing support for day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues with existing systems or developing new systems as needed to support new business requirements, 

Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
