Duties and responsibilities  

Developing marketing strategies for Medaic tour/ travel/ car rental company.  

Research new media opportunities that may benefit the company.  

Organizing promotional events and coordinating the day of delivery and staffing.  Content creation and leading marketing campaigns  Identifying implicit new marketing and creating a plan to enter and staffing.  

Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management.  

Leading and training a team of marketing associates.  Address the marketing goal.  

Overall marketing campaigns for their company or department 

Position 2 – Ticketing Officer  Required

Qualification and Experience  Education Collage diploma or original Bachelor’s degree is preferred  Taken practical Air ticketing training either live or online.  

Experience 2 or 3 years of proven work experience as an air Ticketing officer or elderly ticket officer.  

Knowledge of international and Domestics ticket regulations customers.  

Knowledge of ticket and expense reporting and processing.  

Excellent communication( oral and spoken)  Highly self- Motivated.  

Proven track record of success.  

Managing client relationships.  

Duties and responsibilities

Provide provisory support to ticket outlets, including after-hours on-call functional support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.  

Oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities of on-call telephone sales clerks as and when required.  

Processes subscription and season ticket orders, and handles seat change requests made by subscribers and season-ticketing holders.

Position 3 – HR Administrator  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education MBA/ MA in Management or Business management

Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices  The ability to keep sensitive information nonpublic  

Must be approachable and helpful.  Strong critical thinking skills  Good ethical judgment  

Duties and responsibilities  

Processing internal arrangements similar to travel, training sessions, and team structure events.  

Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation(e.g.) sick leave, maternity leave, etc.)  

Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.  

Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.  

Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.

Qualification and Experience

 Experience 3/5 years of work experience in Automotive technology or applicable field  Duties and responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities  

Preparing fiscal reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, and expenses.  

Developing a long-term business plan  

Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets.  

Developing strategies that work to minimize fiscal risk.  Allocate resources and manage cash flows.

Create and develop marketing strategies for car rental Planning, directing, and managing the transportation services.

Coordinating and supervising programs for acquisition.  

Vehicle assignment and proper utilization  

Maintenance, repair, replacement record keeping, and improvement.  

Control and assign vehicle operators.  

Vehicle scheduling and dispatch are real-time vehicle location tracking.
