Job Requirement 
 Qualification and Experience 
 Master and above level Qualification in business development, management and leadership, and/ or any other applicable mix of qualification and experience. 
 Proven 4 years or further experience in business development and management, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, resource rallying, and networking.

 Prepare accurate fiscal records, balance sheets, income statements, and financial forecasts. 
 Examiner budgets and expenditures.
