National Aviation College is a private advanced education institute that's engaged in the provision of aviation-related college programs. Further, with the authorization of the FDRE Education and Training Authority( ETA), the college provides different undergraduate, postgraduate, and distance learning Programs in Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management, Hotel Management, Aviation Management, Pharmacy, and Comprehensive Nursing. Currently, the College is seeking to fill the different positions with competent and energetic individuals permanently.  

Position 1: Library Assistant  

Qualifications and experience: Level 4 and above level of qualification in library science, IT, and related fields  

Two years of applicable experience  

Attention to detail and ability to multitask  

Key Responsibilities  

Assist library users with borrowing, returning, and renewing books.  

Organize and shelve library materials correctly.  Maintain records of library transactions.  

Provide support in locating  

skills and answering introductory inquiries.  

Undertake Tasks assigned by the administrator.

Location Addis Ababa  

Position 2: Secretary  

Qualifications and experience  

Diploma or degree in Secretarial Science, or related field  

Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles  

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment  

Excellent communication and organizational skills  

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

 Professional demeanor and attention to detail  

Key Responsibilities  

Schedule meetings, appointments, and departmental events  

Maintain organized filing systems for academic and  executive records  

Prepare and edit reports, memos, and  sanctioned documents  

Assist department heads and instructors with documentation  

Examiner office supplies and coordinate procurement  

Handle nonpublic information with discretion  

Support student inquiries and direct them to applicable personnel  

Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager.

Position 3: TVET College Dean  

Qualifications & Experience  Academic Credentials Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Technical and Vocational Education, or other closely related fields.  

Professional Experience: At least 5 years of proven leadership experience in TVET, vocational education, or advanced education institutions.  

Certification: Possession of a Holistic Coach (Certificate of Competence) is mandatory.  

Strategic Expertise Demonstrated ability in institutional planning, academic leadership, and TVET program development.  

Faculty & Staff Leadership Experience in faculty reclamation, professional development, performance operation, and staff engagement.  You'll report directly to the council’s Dean,  furnishing strategic insights and driving continual advancements across the TVET division.
