Position 1: Charging and Mediation Operations
Must have specialized professional qualifications
BSc. Degree or original in one of the following: Telecommunication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT.
2 years’ experience in a busy telecommunication and dynamic IT environment or Software Engineering with good knowledge in planning & architecture for Charging solutions, including Messaging, Voice, IMS & IOT.
Working knowledge of Unix systems and Databases – RDBMS & NoSQL.

Position 2: Senior Specialist Transmission Network Operation (MW)
Qualifications: Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Advanced National Diploma in Electronics/ Telecommunications
8 years of experience with 3 years specialized role in a busy telecommunications environment – Involved in Transmission Network operations, design, planning, installations, commissioning, and projects, especially in microwave Networks support.
Working knowledge in Huawei RTN 900, 300, 6900 series, Nokia wavence, UBT-s, UBT-T, UBT-m-m m and ZTE microwave network devices
Experience in colorful transmission network technologies and integration with E2E IP Networks.
In-depth understanding of IP network protocols – BGP, MPLS, OSPF, ISIS, Segment Routing, IPv6, etc.
Knowledge of software-defined networking principles.
Computer knowledgeable – suitable to create management reports and use project management tools

Position 3: Senior Specialist Transmission Network Operation (IP)
Education & Experience
Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or an Advanced National Diploma in Electronics/ Telecommunications
8 years of experience with 3 years specialized role in a busy telecommunications environment – Involved in Transmission and IP Network operations, design, planning, installations, commissioning, and projects, especially in IP/ MPLS Networks support.
Working knowledge and experience in colorful transmission network technologies and integration with E2E IP Networks.
In-depth understanding of IP network protocols – BGP, MPLS, OSPF, ISIS, Segment Routing, IPv6, etc. Professional-level certifications required (e.g., CCNP, HCNP). Expert-level certifications will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of software-defined networking principles.
Knowledge of network scripting/ programming languages, e.g., Python
Computer knowledgeable – suitable to create management reports and use project management tools

Position 4: Senior Specialist- Transmission Network Planning and Optimization (DWM Fiber)
Must have specialized professional qualifications
Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or an Advanced National Diploma in Electronics/ Telecommunications
5 years specialized DWDM experience role in a busy telecommunications environment – Involved in DWDM Transmission planning, installations, commissioning projects, especially in the transmission field.
Abecedarian knowledge and experience in colorful transmission network technologies, including Fiber, MW, and DWDM.
Working knowledge of IP Networks principles
Knowledge of software-defined networking principles.
Knowledge of network scripting/ programming languages, e.g., Python
Computer knowledgeable – suitable to produce operational reports and use project management tools

Position 5: Commercial Account Manager-Direct Sales
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years exposure in Service and/ or Customer management for major commercial clients, commercially smart with a detailed understanding of the technologies the company is selling and issues that generally arise
Industry certifications would be an added advantage( ITIL Foundation, MCP/ MCSE, CCNA, etc.)
Understanding of English and the original language, both written and spoken.
Knowledge in introductory computer operations, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to cope with pressure from customers while delivering quality service.
Ability to accurately perform cash transactions.
Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services.
Good listening and critical problem-solving skills.

Position 6: Quality Engineering Manager
Must have specialized professional qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, or related subject.
Must have ISTQB Certification (Test Manager nn instrument, Advanced test automation certification, or performance testing instrument)
5 years of experience in software testing in a busy IT terrain
Strong understanding of the software Testing Life cycle
Experience in managing large test teams
Ability to effectively manage competing resources and priorities
Experience and vast knowledge in Test Driven Development approaches
Must have experience in CI/ CD tools similar to Jenkins/ Drone, Travis/GitlabCI
Experienced in at least one mainstream programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript) with a bias towards Java
Strong risk identification and mitigation planning skills
Experience in Micro services and containerization platforms
Experience in Test automation tools and techniques, similar to Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Appium, etc.
Experience in performance engineering and tools similar to JMeter, Locust.io, and HP Load Runner.
