NICE is the first wholly privately owned insurance company, established in post–1994 Ethiopia, to engage in general insurance business. Its Head office is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and operates through 43 Branch offices and 7 licensed Contact Offices in Addis Ababa and different parts of the country. It started business transactions in October 1994. The company is currently undertaking to attract qualified and professed manpower to the following positions.
Position 1 Junior ICT Officer
Qualification
- A minimum BA degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering Information Systems or other related fields.
Work Experience
- Not required Year of Graduation & CGPA
Graduates of 2022 and 2023 with CGPA 3.0 and above.
Applicants must have passed the public exit exam
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on Experience and knowledge in hardware, LAN/ WLAN
- Knowledge of scripting languages( PHP, Python, etc.) will be an added advantage
- previous ICT experience in a setup with environmental and geographical constraints.
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate specialized issues
- Willing to take ownership of issue analysis and resolution efforts and commitment to get results

Qualification
A minimum of BA degree in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, Management, Marketing Management, and other related fields.
Experience
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years of service as a Marketing Officer Preferred Skills
- Good communication skills
- Computer knowledgeable.
- Good interpersonal skills

Position 3 Manager, Market Research and Customer Service Division
Qualification
- A minimal BA degree in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, Management, Marketing Management, and other related fields.
Experience
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience with at least 3 years of service at the directorial or administrative level, specifically, in Marketing or related areas Preferred Skills
- Experience in client relationship management
- Experience in building client accounts
- Strong specialized and logical skills, and a passion for learning new quantitative research methodologies and analysis frameworks
- introductory knowledge of separate choice modeling and simulation models
- Experience presenting results in front of senior audiences
