Nib Insurance Company invites qualified applicants for the following job positions. Nib Insurance Company (NIC) was established by 658 shareholders with an sanctioned capital of Birr50.0 million and a Paid- Up Capital of Birr14.0 million in May 02, 2002 with 4 branches in Addis Ababa and a total staff size of not more than 50. Currently, the paid up capital has reached to Birr 250 million and the number of shareholders increased to 1,014. NIC provides both General (Non-Life) Insurance and Life Assurance Services to its clients.
Position 1 Contact Office Head
Qualification BA/ BSc Degree in Banking & Insurance or Management or Accounting & Finance or Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or in related fields
Experience Four (4) years applicable experience, of which 2 years as Underwriting Officer II or Claims Officer II or in a similar position
Grade VII
Place of Work Addis Ababa
Position 2 Senior Claims Officer
Qualification BA/ BSC Degree in Banking & Insurance or Management or Accounting & Finance or Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or in related fields.
Experience 4 years applicable experience, of which 2 years as Claims/ Underwriting Officer II or in a related position
Grade VII
Place of Work Addis Ababa
Position 3 Life and Health Insurance Division Head
Qualification BA/ BSC Degree in Marketing or Banking & Insurance or Management or Accounting & Finance or Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or in related fields and preferably with ACII or LOMA
Experience Seven (7) years applicable experience, of which 3 years in Senior Life Underwriting Officer or Senior Life Claims Officer or 4 years in Life Underwriting Officer II or Life Claims Officer II or in a related position
Grade X
