Qualifications: A bachelor's degree, diploma, or TVET level IV in administrative management technology system, secretarial science, office management, or other related fields.
Experience:
- At least 0–2 years of relevant work experience.

Position 2: Junior Cyber Security Engineering & Testing Officer
Qualifications: Minimum of a B.Sc.
Degree from a recognized institution in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a trainee performer in information system roles.
Location: Head Office
Position 3: Banking Business Officer (BBO)
Qualifications: Minimum of a BA/BSc degree from a recognized institution in accounting, management, finance, banking finance, economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a junior banking business officer in a banking setting.

Position 4: Internal Control Officer I
Qualifications: Minimum of a BA/BSc degree from a recognized institution in accounting, management, finance, banking finance, economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of banking experience, with 3 years in Banking Business Officer (BBO) or equivalent roles.

Position 5: Banking Business Manager I
Qualifications: Minimum of a BA/BSc degree from a recognized institution in accounting, management, finance, banking finance, economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of banking experience, with 3 years in Banking Business Officer (BBO) or equivalent roles.
Location: Masha, Gambella, Agaro, Bedele, Bishish, Dimmo, Limu Genet, Bombasi, Terocha, Dembi Dolo, Mendi, and Boko branches under Jimma District
Position 6: Senior Cyber Security Engineering & Testing Officer
Qualifications: Minimum of a B.Sc.
Degree from a recognized institution in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, which includes:
- 2 years as a Cyber Security Engineering & Testing Officer;
- or 3 years as an Associate Cyber Security Engineering & Testing Officer;
- or equivalent information system roles.

Position 7: Branch Manager II
Qualifications: Minimum of an MA/MBA/MSc/BA/BSc degree from a recognized institution in accounting, management, finance, banking finance, economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 6 or 8 years of banking experience, with:
- 2 years as a Banking Business Manager III;
- or 3 years as a Banking Business Manager II, Branch Internal Control Officer II, and Senior Banking Business Officer (Accounts or Cash) II; Banking Business Manager I; Senior Banking Business Officer (Accounts or Cash) I; Branch Internal Control Officer I; or equivalent core banking business roles.

Position 8: Branch Manager I
Qualifications: Minimum of an MA/MBA/MSc/BA/BSc degree from a recognized institution in accounting, management, finance, banking finance, economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 7 or 9 years of banking experience, including experience as a Branch Manager I or equivalent roles.
