Position 1 MERL Coordinator – SUN WASH
Qualifications/ Experience Essential.
Education Bachelor’s Degree/ MA Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Development Research, Management, MPH, Economics, and other social sciences.
Experience At a minimum of 5 years of work experience in managing company systems for Planning, monitoring, evaluation, research, and Learning actions
Training on MERL, Data Quality, and Database Management programs.
Demonstrated expertise in superior use of Kobo instruments, together with the development of surveys( important)
Awareness of built-in WASH, Food, and Nutrition intervention strategy plus environmental health points with particular attention to the requirements of girls and children
- Experience in leading MERL for intertwined WASH, Food & Nutrition tasks perpetration and dealing in cooperation securing Children and Young People( Safeguarding) and Gender Equality and Addition( GEI)
- Understands and puts into apply the obligations beneath Safeguarding and GEI policies and Plan International’s law of Conduct( CoC), guaranteeing that concerns are reported and managed by suitable procedures.
- Ensures that all workers sign safeguarding policies;
- Implement Plan International’s global insurance policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are embedded in everyday work.

Position 2 Specialized Coordinator
The Opportunity
The submit holder will report to the USAID WWA Activity Specialized lead. S/ He's responsible for preparing and developing periodic/ quarter work plans and experiences of the challenge. S/ He establishes and nurtures strong partnerships with native government partners, Community degree buildings, IP companions akin to MIP Companies, IPDC & EIC, and different crucial stakeholders together with then on-public sector companions. Lead and coordinate the pool beneath him for the loftiest efficiency. The main components of the place are design, implementation, and reporting of challenge actions as per the agreed requirements and high quality. Partnership management and networking of crucial authorities, groups as well as Industrial Park stakeholders of the challenge can be the duty of the Specialized Coordinator. USAID WWA expects that the incumbent has an excellent mix of sound challenge management and Specialized competence within the areas of enterprise development, gender, SRHR, access to finance, and particular sector engagement.

Master’s or First degree in Social science, Business Management, Economics, Development Studies, or related fields
Minimum 5 years with applicable area expertise in managing tasks, Marker Systems( M4P), and labor market- and ideally a sound understanding of the Artificial parks & their partnership contexts.
- Experience in managing people as this place has predominantly a directorial position
- Experience in working in USAID-funded project/ s;
