About the Program
Dr.
Plus, in partnership with a leading non-governmental organization (NGO), it is launching a special program aimed at empowering women in healthcare and supporting female medical professionals who may struggle with the financial costs of essential clinical tools.
Through this initiative, qualified female healthcare professionals will receive a free medical equipment package designed to support their daily clinical work and improve the quality of care they provide in their communities.
As part of the program, selected participants will also attend a one-day personal development training that covers professional growth, communication, leadership, workplace effectiveness, and career advancement. Participation in this training is a required part of the program.
Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply promptly, as the number of spots is limited and applications will be processed according to the program’s timeline.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be women working in one of the following healthcare roles:
• Medical Doctors (MDs/GPs)
• Registered Nurses
• Health Officers (HOs)
• Midwifery Professionals

Responsibilities
Selected participants are expected to:
• Complete the registration process accurately
• Submit all necessary information for eligibility checks
• Keep in touch during the selection and distribution process
• Attend and take part in the mandatory one-day Personal Development Training
• Collect the equipment package during the designated distribution period
• Use the donated equipment responsibly to support healthcare service delivery
Education
• No specific educational level is required, as long as the applicant holds a professional qualification in one of the eligible healthcare categories
Experience Required
• 0–1 Years
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Prior work experience is not necessary
Additional Requirement
Applicants must be willing and able to attend the mandatory one-day Personal Development Training organized by Dr.
Plus and its partners as part of the equipment donation program.
